The Fight Night format has Prelims, Title cards, Co Main event and the Main card. The category is based on the experience and fighting records of the fighters.
1. PRELIMS
The Prelims are in either Team format or in singular fights format (depending on the decided rules of the fight night).
1.1 IF IN TEAM FORMAT WITH 2 TEAMS
There are 2 local teams. Every team comprises of six fighters; five male fighters and one female fighter. The fighters belong to six different weight categories. Each team also has six back-up fighters. The prelims shall consist of 6 bouts comprising of 3 rounds of 5 minutes each. The team scoring maximum points is the winning team.

SCORING SYSTEM
Following are the criteria (Point Scoring System) where a contestant can win/draw a match and accordingly, the team gets scored;
DRAW=+1 TO EACH
UNANIMOUS DRAW
When all the judges score the contest a draw
MAJORITY DRAW
When maximum judges score the contest a draw
SPLIT DRAW
When all the judges score differently
REFEREE DECISION = +3 TO THE WINNER
When the Referee gets the last word and scores the contestant(s)
UNANIMOUS DECISION
When all the judges score win for a contestant
SPLIT DECISION
When maximum judges score a contestant and other judges score the other contestant
TECHNICAL KNOCK OUT = +4
When Referee stops the contest and when an injury as a result of a legal maneuver is severe enough to terminate a bout
SUBMISSION = +5
Physical Tap Out and/or Verbal tap out
KNOCK OUT = +6
When a contestant is rendered unconscious due to strikes also known as ‘lights out knockout’
Team with maximum points after all bouts wins the Game.
The game with an equal score by both teams at the end of all bouts is considered as a tie.
1.2 IF IN SINGULAR FIGHTS FORMAT WITH INDIVIDUAL FIGHTERS COMPETING AGAINST EACH OTHER
The competition is held between fighters belonging to six different weight categories. The prelims consists of 6 bouts comprising of 3 rounds of 5 minutes each and there are 6 winners in the respective catergory.

2. TITLE FIGHTS AND CO MAIN EVENT
Fighters from the six SFL weight categories mainly battle it out for “The Super Fight League Championship Belts” in their repective categories. Each bout comprises of 5 rounds of 5 minutes each. The number of fights are solely at the discretion of the SFL management basis the rules decided for the tounament.
3. MAIN CARD
2 renowned Title holders from the MMA fraternity of the same category fight for the main “Super Fight League Championship Belt”. The main bout comprises of 5 rounds of 5 minutes each.
